I am looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
my current project is building a pilot bed & breakfast project in Cikarang area, expected to be finished the end of the year; i need to oversee everything accordingly and make sure the building process went smoothly. after the building process is finished, I will need to set up the system so that it can run independently.
On the side, we have online store, so finding supplier, interact and negotiation, making order, and make sure production is finished on time (so that require phone interaction and going to the workshop to check up on them), organize the logistics and arranging packages send-off to the post-office.
Our next project would be to build a villa in bali, so we’re in the process of arranging the preparation for that project (design, permit, finding team); this will require a lot of traveling to bali. Or if you’re in bali; the first 3 month of the job to be in Jakarta.
So I will need reliable someone to team up with me through the whole process. Its a great experience and for sure; adventurous. most of the time, we’ll be on the road, meeting new people and making things happen; so its not an office desk job (except for the research part).
The first few months, you would tail me the whole time and learn about the dynamic and my work ethic. And in time, you will have your own team, making the next endeavor happen; as we are expanding our bed & breakfast business.

* MS Office and English proficiency

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* High School degree
* PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
