Graha Akar Karya Studio is an architectural and interior design consultant located in JAKARTA, Indonesia. As the company is led with different experiences: experience in design, construction and architectural academic, we always aim to explore new possibilities in design and strive the best to help our clients in translating their requirements into a convenient place design. We offer a broad range of architectural design types, such as interior, architecture and buildings, and urban planning.

We're delighted to announce that our proposal "Towards Intelligent City Campus" has been selected to be the first winner of UKI - New Campus Master Plan Competition.

The scheme intents to create a human-based, comprehensive urban design. Our strategy is to examine each design elements based on ten Principles of Intelligent Urbanism by Prof. Christopher Benninger. Adjusting to context and the site's existing condition, the result leads to three main consideration in mass formation design: creating major axis, greenery as connector between buildings, and maximum walkability within the ground level.
