I haven't had a lot of problems spending money, but when it comes to investing, I usually have to think twice, or most of the time, say no. I often think, "I can't afford it..."

However, I usually can afford to go out to eat, buy that jacket, or have that coffee every day from Starbucks. Being working on my mindset and getting more clarity of what it could give me in the end has made me prioritize more.
I guess most of us are spending a small amount of money on things we don't really need, and that ends up being a lot of money in the end.
Why not invest ?
It could be something for your own health, that self-love class or starting that business.
Becoming more clear and asking the question: Do i really need this? Could suddenly give you what you want faster.
