Ballymore Architectural Services was formed in 2001 by Gerry Gleeson who having worked for over 25 years in the "one off" housing sector with such companies as "Ballymore Homes", then the market leaders in the design, planning and construction of houses on the clients own sites, decided to branch out on his own. Throughout the 25 years Gerry has been involved in all aspects of the business from me

eting the clients, to preparing plans, lodging planning applications and supervising on site construction and has reached a maturity now to be able to take clients who are unsure of their requirements about what is the biggest single monitary project of their lives and deliver them in a calm manner into their dream home. In 2005 Gerry was joined in the practice by his son Michael who took over the drafting end of the drawings on CAD. From the small selection of drawings included it can be seen that there are no boundaries to design concepts only by planning authorities and site conditions.
