kdmHomes is looking for an experienced RIAI Registered Architect to join our growing residential development team in the Midlands.

This is a key role across residential developments throughout Ireland, covering architectural design, planning, technical coordination, construction support and BCAR compliance.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years’ post-registration experience and strong knowledge of Irish residential construction, Building Regulations and BCAR procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience taking residential projects from concept and planning through to construction and final certification, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows.

Key experience:
• RIAI Registered Architect
• 3–5+ years post-registration experience
• Strong BCAR and Irish Building Regulations knowledge
• Residential development experience
• Design and technical coordination
• Site inspection and construction support
• AutoCAD, Revit and BIM
