KDM Homes is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding crews across construction sites in Roscommon and Sligo.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong scaffolding experience, leadership skills and a thorough understanding of site safety and inspection requirements.

The role will involve:
• Supervising scaffolding crews across 2–3 sites
• Coordinating daily scaffolding activities
• Carrying out weekly scaffold inspections
• Monitoring the quality and progress of works
• Identifying and addressing safety issues or defects
• Coordinating resources, materials and workforce requirements
• Liaising with site management and construction teams
• Supporting and guiding scaffolding crews
• Maintaining inspection and safety records
• Regular travel between Roscommon and Sligo

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or Advanced Scaffolder
• Advanced Scaffolding Certificate required
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety and inspection procedures
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Full availability to travel between Roscommon and Sligo
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate preferred
• Right to work in Ireland required
