New Customer in Leighlinbridge Co Carlow.

New install of water Treatment system for Lime and chlorine and other contaminants removed.
Upgraded the water Treatment system 👌

On new site , customer was having issues with water coming and going with air in the pipelines continuously, was causing issues with utilities,
The submersible was installed in 2004. Good service 👍

I don't some checking on the system, I discovered that the splines had worn out and was only catching the odd time, it would pump water then would stop ✋️ the air was getting in between the water pockets and pipelines running dry,

I'd to replace it with a new 1hp submersible pump system, new cable and new pipelines and other associated works 💪

Got it all up and running smoothly again 😀

New Customer in Baltinglass Co Wicklow
The customer contacted me after i was referral to by Aska Sykes , the customer was having issues with no water and the submersible pump in the well was stuck and nor providing water to the small farm house, the well was bad with magnesiss and iron sediment.

I was able to help the customer and get them up and running smoothly again. 😉

I installed a new 1hp full stainless steel submersible pump 💪 60lt pressure vessel global and pressure system .
New cable, pipelines ,control box, well cap and fittings,
All associated pipelines and electrical other works was carried out to complete the installation.

350ft deep 20mts offset.

I fitted the following equipment
1 x 1.5 hp submersible pump 50lt min
1 x 60lt pressure vessel global
1 x pressure system
1 x control box
1 x well cap and fittings

All associated pipelines and electrical work carried out.

New Customer in Tipperary Dairy Farm.

The customer contacted me inrelation to pump was continuous tripping out, i responded the next morning and brought New equipment with me.
I found the old submersible was drawing heavy current thats why it was tripping out the over load after doing electrical testing i discovered the windings had a very low readings, customer told me it was struggling to keep up the demand to fill the trougs,

It was decided to installed new upgrade system which included the following equipment supplied by EPS Group and Cantwells for the pressure vessel.

1 x 2hp submersible pump 100lts,min high volume output working at 5bar 40mm pipelines
1 x VSD Drive 220v 3phase Franklin motor
1 x 200lts pressure vessel and pressure system by Cantwells pumps.

It was a big improvement on the system which pumping a 2.5klm loop system with 500gal trougs system was very quick response to keeping water flowing to livestock, the well was producing 1000lts per hr, 😀

New Customer in Ballingarry Co Tipperary.
New well 360ft,with a 120mt offset. This had to be done in a emergency as there existing well ran dry no water for livestock or domestic use,

Alot of work involved in this insulation,which included civil work, cutting concrete yard, reinstate yard new concrete and digging,rock breaking, ducting, gravel and electrical supply cabling work and controls, new pipelines and other associated works, Relocation of pressure vessel and pipelines from old set up.😀

All work carried out the new system it up and running smoothly 😎 supplying water to trougs and household. 😀
