This week, we made space for an important conversation. 💬

As part of our focus on mental health and wellbeing, we hosted a mental health talk on site and welcomed Luna, the Carlow Elephant in the Room, for the week. 🐘

Luna’s message is a simple but powerful one: talk about the elephant in the room.

Mental health can sometimes be difficult to talk about, particularly in the workplace. Having Luna on-site was a reminder to check in with one another, start conversations, and know that it’s okay to speak up when something is on your mind.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the talk and helped us create an open and supportive environment throughout the week.

Sometimes, starting the conversation is the most important step. 💚

📢 We were delighted to be nominated at the ICE Awards 2026 for our work on the Emily Square Public Realm Enhancement Project in Athy, delivered in partnership with Kildare County Council and The Paul Hogarth Company.

Although we didn't bring home the award, we're incredibly proud of the recognition and the positive impact the project has had on the local community.

Congratulations to Actavo on their well-deserved win for the Barrow Street Public Realm Improvement Project.
