🏡 A Very Special Project, for a Very Special Family! ❤️

We’re really looking forward to seeing the Harte family from Walsh Island, Co. Offaly, feature on DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland : airing this Sunday, 25th October, at 6:30pm on RTÉ One! 📺

It was an absolute privilege for all of us at Arch-I Modular Solutions to play a part in such an incredible project. Seeing so many people, businesses and trades come together for one shared goal is something truly special.

Commercial construction is changing — and so is the way buildings are being framed.

Across the sector, contractors, architects and developers are under pressure to deliver projects faster, reduce activity on site and improve certainty around programme and quality.

That is where Light Gauge Steel is becoming increasingly relevant.

Commercial LGS applications are forecast to grow by around 5.7% per year through 2030, with increasing use across education, healthcare, offices, retail and other commercial buildings.

The appeal is not just about speed.

For suitable projects, LGS can allow more of the framing work to be designed, coordinated and manufactured before it arrives on site. That can mean less cutting, less material handling, lighter structures and a more predictable installation process.
