Out with the old , in with the new , current job original doors being replaced by 3 panel black ribbed privacy glass doors , just waiting on delivery of the clear glass version doors for kitchen/hallway and double door entrance from kitchen/dining area to sitting room to complete works in this lovely home.

Nice to return to his house some years later to fit a second stairs from the kitchen up to 1st floor office . Ash stairs made and supplied by Conor McMahon's Joinery .Thanks to Darren and Gary to help me lift main structure into place .A temporary child gate top and bottom to keep the smallies safe for a few years.Thanks for looking,have a nice weekend .😉

Recent 2nd fix carpentry carried out in this lovely home , oak shaker doors , MDF pre-primed door frames chamfered architrave and skirting . 12 mm thick laminate flooring used throughout out hallway and bedroom areas. For the kitchen ,dining room and utility areas , a 4mm thick SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) vinyl floor laminate was used ,the next best waterproof option after floor tiles compared to normal timber laminate which really in my opinion should not be used in these areas where there s high levels of mopping, accidental spills etc .Thanks for looking ,enjoy the weekend .😉

Out with old ,in with the new , after 40 years these old garage doors had served there time .New teak french doors I recently fitted made and supplied by Conor McMahon's Joinery .Clients wanted a more modern look with some similar features from old doors which included part Louvre and frosted glass panels. Just needs the painter to give doors and frame a good painting /varnishing to seal them from the elements.Thanks for looking,have a good weekend 😉

Current 2nd fix in progress , all pre-primed materials used for painting eventually. 21 swinging doors and 2 sets of double door pocket doors in this house with dual soft open and close , some final tweaking to get doors to close flush with each other before surrounds and architrave fitted .Georgian style type skirting and architrave being used . Thanks for looking 😉

American poplar door ceiling height and frame made by Conor McMahon's Joinery I recently fitted. Clients wanted hallway closed off leading to other rooms as front door and stairs near by.The featured door is almost 2.3 m high x 900mm wide .All that s needed is choice of glass .Have a good weekend 👍🏻

Two recent 2nd fix finishes in these lovely spacious 2 storey homes . One painted architrave , skirting and doors finish with a standard laminate and herringbone floor finish plus a painted stairs with oak handrail , newel caps and steps finish , and the other house consists a finish of laminate floors and oak veneered doors and a oak finished wrap on skirting and architrave with the frames painted to break it up a bit , with some storage shelves built in a hotpress 👍.
