We captured this photo following our February Board meeting, marking Tommy’s formal appointment.

Tommy brings decades of leadership experience in scaling organisations and driving growth across international markets. During his time at Collen, he helped position the business for significant expansion, including working with PwC on a strategic roadmap towards becoming a €1bn company and supporting the transition to a new CEO and Executive Management Team structure.

As Mellett continues to scale and explore opportunities in new markets, Tommy’s strategic insight and industry experience will be invaluable to our leadership team.

🚧 Logistics Manager – Data Centre Project (Gävle, Sweden) 🇸🇪

Mellett is hiring an experienced Logistics Manager for a major data centre project in Gävle, Sweden.

📍 Location: Gävle, Sweden
🔁 Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
💰 Salary: Very competitive

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for all Mellett logistics operations on site, including equipment control, transport coordination, and material deliveries. This is a key role supporting site management on a fast-paced project.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar logistics role (construction/data centres preferred)
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Full responsibility for Mellett equipment and transport needs
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work independently in a site environment
