Wallpaper Stripping Tip
Stage 1. Preparation = Masking floors with plastic as i find easier to clean up , dust sheets down over plastic regards weting the walls. Mask up all sockets .
Stage.2 , I use a small pump sprayer to wet the walls, I use a small amount of solvent wall paper removal, as helps with removal of wall paper , also use a good size scraper to take down the wall paper, especially for behind the radiators, try not mark the walls , as will need filling .you may need to wet the walls 2 maybe 3 times, depending on layers behind,
Stage, 3 , I allways put a line of Painters Cauk along the top of the Skirting boards, as well as the top of the walls , leave dry in for approx 30 mins , then undercoat the walls with coat of white , make sure all wall paper is removed first , and your sheets are down , then roll the walls, finally leave wall dry , and fill what ever is required regards holes behind the wall paper. And then sand down the filler , and use your finish coat of paint , and clean up, and recycle ♻️ 😁
