🔥ATTIC CONVERSION HALFWAY THROUGH IN CADOGAN HALL, GRANGE, CORK 🔥

Great progress on this large attic conversion currently underway by the Tip Top Carpentry team in Grange, Cork.

This is a massive attic space, roughly 45 square metres, and the project is now nearing the halfway mark.

Today, the new stairs were supplied and fitted by our team as part of the full attic conversion package. The stairs are red deal with oak newels, giving a strong, clean and high-quality finish as the access into the new attic space.

Current progress on site:

✅ New attic stairs supplied and fitted
✅ Red deal stairs with oak newels
✅ Structural works progressing
✅ Insulation nearly complete
✅ Large attic space — approx. 45m²
✅ Ensuite bathroom included in the layout
✅ Additional roof window still to be fitted for the bathroom
✅ Slabs arriving tomorrow
✅ Insulation and slabbing to be completed tomorrow
✅ Electrician and plumber due to complete cabling and bathroom routing
✅ Ensuite works progressing next

This attic will include a new ensuite at the back section, making the space much more practical and adding huge value to the home.

🔥FAIR HILL ATTIC CONVERSION — NOW FULLY PLASTERED 🔥

Great progress on this attic conversion in Fair Hill, Cork City.

The attic is now fully plastered and we’re moving into the final stages of the project, where everything starts to come together.

This project has included the main structural works, new attic floor construction, roof window installation, stairs, insulation, slabbing and now full plastering throughout.

Next up will be the finishing stages, including:

🔨 PHASE TWO OF OUR GARAGE RENOVATION 🔨

We’re now at the finishing stage of this garage renovation, with our bespoke custom units being installed on site.

All of the units were pre-built in our workshop before being brought to site for fitting, helping us achieve a cleaner, faster and more accurate installation.

On the right-hand side, we have installed:

✅ Full-height bespoke units
✅ Approximately 2.4 metres high
✅ Chamfered-profile doors
✅ Internal shelving throughout
✅ Doors finished with flush handles
✅ Custom-built to suit the available space

On the left-hand side, we have created a built-in utility area designed for:

✅ Washing machine
✅ Tumble dryer
✅ New countertop
✅ Practical storage and workspace

A new 8mm Solero floor was also supplied and fitted by our team this evening.

The team worked late on Sunday to have everything ready for skirting, trims and the final finishing works first thing in the morning.

🔨 PHASE ONE COMPLETE ON THIS NEW PERGOLA PROJECT 🔨

Another great job completed by the Tip Top Carpentry team yesterday.

We constructed this new timber pergola to create a covered outdoor area at the rear of the property — but this is only the beginning of the transformation.

We’ll be returning again soon to complete the next stage of the project, which will include:

✅ Fully wrapping the structure in PVC cladding
✅ Installing a new double-glazed window
✅ Completing the external finish
✅ Creating a cleaner, more durable and low-maintenance result

The main timber structure and roof are now in place, giving the client a strong, practical covered area that will be fully finished on our return.

We handle projects from the initial timber structure right through to the final detailed finish, all built to suit the customer’s property and requirements.

🔨 SECOND FIX UNDERWAY AT OUR BALLINCOLLIG ATTIC CONVERSION! 🏡

Another one of our projects progressing nicely in Ballincollig as we move into the second fix stage. 👌
