🚨New Product Alert: Magnetic Filters🚨
We’re pleased to announce the addition of our new South Plumbing Magnetic Filters, available in ¾” and 1” sizes. Unlike many products on the market that use metric sizing (22mm & 28mm), these are specifically designed to suit Irish standard pipe sizes.
This unit captures metallic particles within heating system water, helping to protect the system, extend the lifespan of both the boiler and overall installation, and maintain efficiency that would otherwise be reduced without filtration. It also helps to reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
The diverter section, including the isolation valves, can be installed in any orientation (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal). However, the filter chamber must remain in a vertical position.
System inhibitors are still recommended and can be introduced directly by adding them into the filter body.
