🚨 Now this is what you call a proper crack!!!

As you can imagine, a huge amount of water mixed in with the fuel in this tank so it all needed to be removed. This just shows how bad a crack can get if it is ignored.

2 tanks changed here in Donoughmore, North Cork. ✅

These houses were built with the oil tanks right beside the water well which is never a good idea. A leak here would be catastrophic!!!

Bunded tanks are the safest option for this situation, without a doubt.

🤯 BRUTAL LEAK!!!!

We have been warning people about the seams on these tanks and this is a perfect example of why you need to keep a close eye on them. ⚠️
This customer could smell oil inside their house and when they went to check their tank, this is what they found.

A small crack can worsen very very quickly and you could be in big trouble with a leak like this on ‼️

🤯 This is what happen when your connections get buried underneath the ground and if they leak, you won't know about it for months until either your heating stops or you get the severe smell of oil in your garden or house.

If your connections are buried, DIG THEM UP and inspect them!!

🚨 Another very nasty leak here in Ballincollig.

Probably over 100 litres of oil leaked out of this tank and now a big clean up job needed!

Go have a look for the stamp on your own tank and comment telling us how old it is. Oldest tank wins 👑

🔧 Another tank replacement in Macroom.
