When this client came to us, she needed a house that was fully wheelchair accessible, but she was clear on one thing: it couldn't feel clinical. 🔨

Working closely with our project manager Edgar, we opened up the original footprint, filled it with light, and built in accessibility so seamlessly you'd never know it was there. ☀️

It's now five years since her first project with us - and her parents' home before that. Two builds, two very different tastes, one Sigma Homes standard: delivered on time, built to last, and backed by guarantees that are honoured when it counts. ❤️

Congratulations to our clients on the handover of their beautiful new home this afternoon, right here in the heart of Douglas! 🙌

We took a this 3-bedroom and created a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, family-focused home, complete with open-plan living and a playroom.

From design, costing, and planning through to construction, we secured the Vacant Property Grant and a full retrofit, alongside a new two-storey rear extension, ground-floor side extension, front porch and relocated entrance and driveway!

A complete transformation, designed around family life. ❤️
