Phase 1 of our current project in Glenageary is really starting to take shape.
We only started this block of semidetached houses three weeks before lockdown.
Windows from Arú Jionery have now been installed, so we’re fully weather tight. Zinc cladding is being installed 360* degrees around the top floor. First fix M&E, Airtight applications and external rendering is well underway.
We’re hoping to finish this project two months before originally scheduled before Covid lockdown and get our clients in before Christmas. 😅🤞🏼🔨

Haven’t posted here in a long time as we’re usually busy getting stuck into our projects.

The photos below show the groundwork commencing on a pair of 2450 sq ft semi-detached houses. The overall project consists of 8no high end houses in Glenageary. We only had 3 very busy weeks on site until we where closed due to the Corona Virus.

Everyone involved is really looking forward to getting stuck back into this project, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Keep an eye out for photos as we progress on site. I promise to do a better job of sharing them here. Stay safe everyone, from all of us at D’Arcy Building Contractors.
