Get ready to kick off the festive season with a Christmas event! Join us on Sunday 15th December 2024 for the Christmas “Light up the Lake” Tractor Run—a joyful parade of festively decorated tractors winding around Lough Eske & our community to raise funds for The Bluestack Foundation & Townawilly Community Centre! 🎅✨

Whether you’re a tractor enthusiast or just love the Christmas spirit, this event promises something for everyone. Expect to see an array of tractors lit up in Christmas lights, decked out in decorations, and bringing Christmas cheer to our roads.

Here’s what you need to know:
📍 Starting Point: Donegal Service Station/Supermacs
🕒 Time: 5pm Registration, 6pm Start

We’re thrilled to bring together the community for this festive cause, and we need your support! All funds raised will help both organisations continue offering essential services, programs, and welcoming spaces for everyone.

Want to get involved? 👉 Drivers: Sign up to showcase your decorated tractor from 5pm!
👉 Spectators: Bring your family, enjoy the parade, and cheer on our tractor drivers! Family fun events at Donegal Service Station/Supemacs from 4pm including a DJ. Spectators can stand along the route where safe. Townawilly Community Centre will also be open as a viewing area with ample parking and some light festive refreshments
👉 Route: Starting at Donegal Service Station/Supermacs, out the Clar road, left after DMG, right at cross roads, round the lake past Townawilly Community Centre, turn right at junction past Solis, passing Killymard Chapel, left at Blas roundabout, through the town and finishing back at Donegal Service Station/Supermacs for refreshments
