If you are unsure of the process, I will point you in the right direction and arrange for an I.S.465 registered engineer to contact you.

The photographs below show that we do all Dry cores in accordance with the regulations and we provide skilled plasterers to reinstate all sample areas.

It is important that suspected Mica homeowners should register as soon as possible, for the appropriate money to be allocated in the next budget to meet the demand.

**********REGISTRATION REQUIRED*************

With the upcoming budget not to far away we need for affected homeowners to begin the registration process so that suitable funding can be made available in the next budget for 2021.
If you have already had your samples taken and are currently awaiting the report - Please register
If you are currently waiting on the coring to be done and have had a registered engineer out then please register.

There is nothing stopping affected homeowners in registering and having the relevant information filled out up to 1.4 (Engineers Report).

It is imperative that we have numbers registered prior to budget otherwise we may see further delays in money allocation to fix homes in 2021.

“Remember folks to only contact one of the Registered Engineers from the Engineers Ireland website to get your application up and running. Appointing a Contractor to carry out the remedial work is a good bit down the road from the initial stage of getting an Engineers report and lab testing carried out. You also need to get grant approval”. Well said Mick Doherty
