P U B L I S H E D - our Segotia project has been published in the latest edition of Architecture Ireland.

The project involved the retention of a 1970s office building with extensive remodelling to house its new function as a community space with artist studios, exhibition space, meeting rooms, yoga studio and a multifunctional outdoor space.

P R O G R E S S - works continuing on site in Ranelagh.

The opening in the roof will have a motorised pergola installed to make the terrace below fully covered and sheltered from the rain for year round enjoyment.

Ceiling joists will remain exposed internally.

The roof will be finished with standing seam natural zinc cladding, and the edge of the roof will be detailed to retain its slim profile. All gutters and downpipes hidden and recessed to retain this edge also.

P R O G R E S S - the roof is on and the sense of space and connectivity with the garden is really starting to show on our garden pavilion extension.

The function of the overhangs and their shading of the internal space is clear to see on a sunny day like today.
