Planning Permission granted by An Coimisúin Pleanála for this one-off, end of terrace house in Rialto, Dublin 8.

After 10 years of trying to get permission and being refused, our client came to us to see if we thought we could help!

We were pretty confident we could get it done and happy to say after 10 months on the project, we have planning permission secured!
