What a pleasure it was to call in to this week and see our extension refurbishment in full use. This house was badly in need of some TLC, we took out the back of the house with concealed structural steels, extended the kitchen to include large roof window on a warm deck roof and large two part slider, re plumb, rewire, fully insulated. We wish you the very best of luck in your newly refurbished home.

It’s always nice to call back and see a project when it has been lived in and become a home again. We finished this extension and renovation over a year ago. The house had a major overhaul with all new electrics, plumbing, windows, external insulation, downstairs toilet, utility room and kitchen. We loved the design from with loads of natural light from a large roof window and wide sliding doors to the rear. Swipe to see some photos of the house before the transformation

So a little bit different from our normal posts. We finished up today to start our two week holidays but this year instead of the usual lounging on the beach for the break I thought it would be good to give something back to those who need it most. So next week I will be taking part in the Malin 2 Mizen charity cycle in aid of , if you can spare a few quid it will go to a very worthy cause and I’m promise you I will give it everything I have and finish this challenge even if it kills me.

The weather has been on our side for this one as we finally see the shape of this new build emerge from the ground, our clients .mews.dublin had hit every obstacle possible in trying to get their new home built so it’s very satisfying to see it come together on site. We love the design of this unique property, the guys did a superb job at fitting this mews into the rear garden, it will be an A rated high spec beautiful home when it’s finished.
