Watson Killiney Residents Association is a voluntary association that represents the interests of approximately 680 households in Killiney, County Dublin. The following roads are part of our Association:
Auburn Close / Drive / Road
Brackenbush Park / Road
Churchview Avenue / Drive / Park / Road
Granville Close / Road
Watson Avenue / Drive / Park / Road

ents Association also represent houses on different sections of Granville Road and Auburn Road. We are responsible for: (not exhaustive)
- Grass cutting throughout the estate (contractors also complete some
on behalf of DLR)
- Planting and maintaining granite road name signs / islands / some
flowerbeds
- Managing a Neighbourhood Watch and Text Alert Scheme
- Coordinating community clean ups
- Liaising and advocating with DLR, statutory / community organisations
and groups
- Keeping residents informed on local issues by means of a quarterly Newsletter, Facebook and Website
- Advocating to ensure any development is in keeping with the architectural landscape. Our committee is elected on an annual basis by the members of the Association present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Lidl has announced the opening date of its redeveloped store at Pottery Road following an โ‚ฌ8 million investment.

The store will reopen its doors at 8am on Thursday 10th September, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Dublin LGFA captain Carla Rowe.

To celebrate the opening, there will be a slew of opening-day deals, and the first ten shoppers through the doors will receive complimentary โ‚ฌ20 Lidl vouchers to redeem in store.

Energy Upgrade works have been approved for Cabinteely Library. Facilitating these essential works requires the library to close for their duration. We regret the inconvenience caused by this closure.


On re-opening, Cabinteely Library will have:

ยท A full rewire of the building, new fire and intruder alarm systems

ยท New solar panels, a heat pump, more efficient radiators & attic insulation

ยท Thanks to a Small Scale Capital Works Grant from the Dept. of Rural and Community Development & the Gaeltacht: accessible automatic doors & porch for easier access

Join us for an exciting Nature Safari with ecologist Justin Ivory in Cabinteely Park on Saturday the 22nd of August.
Celebrate Wild Child Day this Heritage Week with a guided nature safari through Cabinteely Park. Children will become wildlife detectives as they take part in a mini beast scavenger hunt, learning about the amazing creatures living beneath our feet and among the trees. This will be an immersive outdoor experience for curious children and families. Children must be aged 8+ and accompanied by an adult.
