Thanks to the plumber once again who took the easy way out , using foam to fill up the holes around the pipes and to block of pipes completely. You have caused over 2 years of heartache for this business. All sorted now no rats since .

We don’t walk away from jobs like others have done. The job needs sorting we do this . 2 years of being plagued with rats . All sorted so far. No rats in a week. Not to say there won’t. Next move if needed is to the drains to fit a rat flap. Metal cover ordered for exposed drain to block entry point.

Thought we were home and dry after no kills since 27 th of June. Got a call Saturday they were back. This is the unreal but investigation goes on . Tracking gel now laid to see what we find when we remove toilet covering Thursday. They will not defy me. PS no shores can be found due to 30 years of silt never cleaned. Pics and vids to come.
