Tucked into an infill site in Glenageary, this stunning new mews house was designed by award-winning architects Aughey O’Flaherty. Built in cross-laminated timber, the mews blends sustainability with timeless design.

Wrapped in granite walling, charred larch timber, and topped with a sleek zinc roof parapet, it’s flat roof with a lush green sustainable roof — marrying modern craftsmanship with natural beauty.

Inside, comfort meets efficiency with underfloor heating powered by an advanced energy-efficient heat pump. Outside, the home is grounded by exquisite landscaping crafted by Landart Landscapers. 🌿

🌟🌟 5 DAYS from rising walls 🧱 to weather tight 🌟🌟

Just before Christmas we installed the CLT package (cross laminated timber) for the Mews building CCPM is constructing in Glenageary, designed by

the CLT was installed within 3 days which was very impressive. It was manufactured off site with an 8 week leedin time.

A huge amount of design, coordination, preparation, and project management went into this, but it took 5 days for our teams of specialists to install this building and make it weather tight 👷‍♂️

We have now topped out on this fantastic new build family home project in Killiney..

A complex new build built into the existing steeped site, with the ground and upper ground levels built into the existing Killiney granite.

The house has 7 separate levels internally to keep us all fit during construction.

We are very excited to start into the internal finishes phase of this project in the coming months..
