CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Position: Office Administrator
Reporting To: Office Manager
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term – Maternity Leave Cover
Full/Part Time: Part Time, 3 days, 25 hours (flexible)
Main Purpose :
To co-ordinate office administration activities to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
• Update records for employee Time and Attendance, Annual Leave and other data.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, filing, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in the Office.
• Regular review and monitoring of employee Training Records.
• Provide support to other colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Candidate Requirements:
• High degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills (specifically MS Word, Excel & Outlook) with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Be a Teamplayer with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
