VEEP Energy is one of Ireland’s growing solar PV companies, delivering residential and commercial renewable energy projects across Ireland since 2015.
We design and install high-quality Solar PV and battery storage systems for homes, businesses, schools, retail chains, and commercial clients. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organised HR & Recruitment Coordinator to help strengthen our internal processes and support the next phase of expansion.
The Role
This is a hands-on, practical HR role focused primarily on:
Recruitment & hiring coordination
Staff onboarding
HR administration
Employee documentation
Basic compliance & process management
Supporting management with people-related organisation
This role is ideal for someone experienced in HR or recruitment who is looking for flexible working hours, school-hour compatibility, or a part-time long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Creating and managing Indeed recruitment ads
Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews
Performing reference checks
Assisting with onboarding of new employees
HR Administration
Maintaining employee files and documentation
Managing contracts and probation tracking
Supporting HR compliance procedures
Helping improve internal processes and structure
Assisting with holiday and absence tracking
Staff Support
Acting as an organised point of contact for employee matters
Supporting management with HR coordination
Helping maintain a positive and professional work environment
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised and proactive
Strong communicator
Calm under pressure
Experienced in HR, recruitment, office management, or people coordination
Comfortable handling confidential matters
Practical and solution-oriented
Able to work independently
Experience in construction, engineering, electrical, renewable energy, or trades-based businesses would be a strong advantage.
