Service Desk Coordinator (location Dublin 24)

JR Support Service operate a full property maintenance service covering a multiple of services across all trades.
Both reactive, planned & preventative works for a variety of clients.
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you!
(9.00am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday - office based in our HQ Dublin 24)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and updates.
•Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians
•Track and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
•Communicate with customers about service status job reports, or additional needs
•Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer communications
•Collaborate with the service team to optimize schedules and dispatch resources effectively
•Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Salary neg based on experience
