nty's. As part of our service we offer a free Quotation. Should you require planning permission we have a great Architect who can submit plans. This usually takes around 10-12 weeks for approval. Every Attic will be issued with a certificate of Compliance, to guarantee the attic has been built to fully comply with all building regulations. We pride ourselves on the highest standards of work and professionalism from preparing your quote to completion of your Attic Conversion. Because we are a small company we have very little overheads, so we can produce the highest quality of work for a very competitive price.

A massive congratulations and thank you to everyone across The Attic Company for helping us achieve the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2026 – Judges Silver Award for the Offington Avenue project in Sutton.

This award isn’t just for one team or one department—it’s for everyone. From the lads on site, to the office team, surveyors, project managers, designers, sales team, customer care, and everyone working behind the scenes. It takes a huge team effort to deliver projects to this standard, and this award is proof of what can be achieved when everyone pulls in the same direction.

A special shout-out to everyone who worked directly on the Offington Avenue project. The quality of work, attention to detail, and pride you put into the job clearly caught the judges’ attention. You should all be incredibly proud.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and move straight on to the next project, but moments like this are worth celebrating. Out of all the construction companies in Ireland, our work was recognised as one of the best in the country—and that’s no small achievement.

Presented on 28th May 2026 at the Convention Centre Dublin, this recognition is a fantastic achievement for our team and a reflection of the hard work, care and craftsmanship that goes into every project we deliver.
