Another FAAC 614 barrier install underway for yet another new customer 🙌

As we start to close out 2025, we’re still amazed at what’s been an incredible 9 months in business. This time last year, we couldn’t have imagined the support, growth, and opportunities that have come our way.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s supported us along the journey customers, partners, and friends. We really couldn’t have done it without you. Here’s to finishing the year strong wishing you and your's a very merry Christmas 🎅 and a fantastic new year.

Busy day today:
1️⃣ Kicked off with a barrier upgrade for a new client — they got 15 years out of their last one! 💪 Installed a new BFT Maxima Ultra 36 barrier.
2️⃣ Next up, a set of gates with faulty photocells sorted and back in action.
3️⃣ & 4️⃣ A couple of small hard drive issues in another of our clients 2 coffee shops dealt with.
5️⃣ Wrapped up by repositioning a GSM aerial for better signal on a previously installed gate system 📶

This week we automated a customer’s existing sliding gate using the CAME BXV 1000+ with full Came Connect app integration.

Not only does the CAME Connect system give our customer the convenience of controlling their gate right from their phone 📱, but it also allows us to remotely connect for diagnostics and support should any issues arise in the future ⚡🔧

Back to it after 3 weeks in Florida with the family ☀️✈️

It was a short but busy week at Select Fire & Security with:

Access control takeover for a partner client in the MRI Department of a small hospital just outside Dublin 🏥

Fire alarm system replacement & upgrade in an apartment block 🔥

Temporary disconnections at a larger apartment block to prepare for future works in the coming weeks 🏢

Plenty to get done in a short week! 💪

Kicked off the week with a motor replacement, upgrading to a BFT Aries a serious bit of kit built for smooth, reliable performance on heavy sliding gates. 💪⚙️

Then wrapped up the week on Thursday by finishing off a BFT install we started a couple of weeks ago. Final wiring, programming, and testing — now fully operational and looking sharp! 🔐👌
