We’ve just completed a comprehensive project in Ballygossan, Skerries, for which included a full attic conversion with a new toilet, transforming the unused space into a bright and functional living area. The downstairs of the home underwent a complete renovation, modernising the layout and finishes throughout. We also built a 25sqm extension to enhance the overall living space, seamlessly blending it with the original structure. To finish, the entire back garden was fully re-landscaped, complete with premium porcelain tiles and low-maintenance artificial grass, giving the homeowners a clean, contemporary outdoor area to enjoy.
