Last Friday, we came together at House Dublin to celebrate a very special milestone in the Ballinlough story, our 40th anniversary.

It was a fantastic evening spent with colleagues and their partners, reflecting on four decades of growth, challenges, achievements and the relationships that have helped shape the company along the way.

One thing that stood out throughout the night was the incredible loyalty of our team. We are proud to have so many colleagues celebrating significant service milestones, from 20, 25, 30 years with the company right through to 36 years and counting. Their commitment, knowledge and support have been a huge part of the Ballinlough story over the past four decades.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for the celebrations and to all those who have been part of the journey over the past 40 years.

We are proud of what has been achieved together and excited for what lies ahead.

A healthy refrigeration unit usually has a steady, consistent sound to it.

No harsh rattles. No uneven cycling. No sudden changes in pitch. Just a smooth, controlled run that suggests the system is operating as it should.
