Studio 22 | Dún Laoghaire
Great to see Studio 22 now open at 77 George’s Street Upper.
We were pleased to secure the change of use planning permission for the adaptive reuse of this prominent corner building, supporting its transformation into a new fitness and wellness destination in the heart of Dún Laoghaire.
The project is a reminder of the value of reusing existing buildings—bringing new activity into our town centres, strengthening community, and extending the life of our built environment.
The client has delivered a calm, minimalist interior that complements the building’s new purpose.
