The promoter of this competition is KPC Ltd.
2. Participation in this competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions (which may be amended at any time).
3. Neither KPC Ltd nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will KPC Ltd have any liability or responsibility for

any claim arising in connection with participation in any KPC Ltd competition or in connection with any of the prizes rewarded.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner. There will be no cash substitute for the stated prize.
5. Any person found to be in disregard of these terms and conditions will be disqualified automatically.
6. Competition entrants must be over the age of 18.
7. ONE WINNER will receive up to the value of €3,000 towards a garden make over.
8. The new garden must incorporate artificial grass into its design up to a maximum of 50 square meters. Any amount over this will be payable by the WINNER
9. Costs exceeding €3,000 will be at the discretion of the WINNER
10. The Competition is ONLY open to the area covered by our installation team from 4evergreen Landscapes, which is a geographic location of a 30 kilometre radius with O’Connell Street being the centre point.
11. Selection of the WINNER will only be considered under the following competition rules:
a. Tag 5 people under the Competition Post
b. Like the Artificial Grass Ireland page if you have not already done so previous to the competition
c. Like the Competition Post
d. Share the Competition Post
12. The starting date of the competition will be Thursday 29th September 2016 from 2pm. The closing of the competition will be Thursday 20th October 2016 at 9pm. No entries will be considered after this time.
13. WINNER will be selected at random from an automated system which will be recorded and posted to our page Artificial Grass Ireland on 21st October 2016.
14. WINNER will be contacted through Facebook Messenger.
15. KPC Ltd competitions are not open to KPC Ltd employees, their contractors, agents, immediate family members or any companies associated with the competition.
16. In the event of any fraud, abuse, and/or an error effecting the proper operation of this competition, KPC Ltd reserves the right to terminate this competition, amend these terms and conditions or disqualify any entrant.
17. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the competition, the decision of KPC Ltd will be final and no correspondents shall be entered into.
18. Acceptance of the prize by the WINNER constitutes permission for KPC Ltd to publish:
a. Before Images of the WINNER garden
b. Presentation of €3,000 makeover cheque to WINNER
c. During Images of the garden
d. After Images of the garden
e. The WINNER NAME and a photograph
All the above will be used by KPC Ltd for any future marketing and PR campaigns without additional compensation.
