🚧 2 JOBS – 2 CONCRETE POURS – 1 DAY! 💪
Another very busy day for Lenny at DemPro Site Services, getting two separate concrete jobs poured and finished in the same day.
Both areas were dug out and properly prepared with stone, levels and shuttering before bringing in the concrete pump to get the pours completed.
🏗️ One concrete base is being prepared for a new aluminium pergola.
🏡 The next stages will include porcelain paving, transforming the outdoor areas completely.
A lot of preparation goes into a job before you see the finished concrete — but getting the groundwork right is what makes the difference. 👌

Lenny at DemPro Site Services has started another garden transformation in Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin! 👷‍♂️🏡
This project will include:
🔸 Digging down and clearing the existing ground
🔸 Preparing and compacting the ground for a new concrete base
🔸 Installation of ACO drainage channels
🔸 Building a new aluminium pergola
🔸 Finishing the area with porcelain paving
We’ll be taking this garden from the groundworks right through to the finished outdoor space. 💪

Lenny at DemPro Site Services has kicked off another exciting garden transformation in Clarehall, Dublin. 💪
This project will include:
🔸 Digging down and preparing the full area
🔸 Installing a solid 804 stone sub-base and compacting it properly
🔸 Installing new ACO drainage channels
🔸 Preparing and pouring a new concrete base
🔸 Building a new aluminium pergola
🔸 Finishing the garden with beautiful porcelain paving tiles
Plenty of work ahead, but this garden is going to look completely different once we're finished! 👌🔥

Another big transformation completed by Lenny at DemPro Site Services — and what a difference from where this garden started! 👌
This project was completely transformed from an old, tired garden into a modern, low-maintenance outdoor living space.
✅ Old garden, paving and unwanted materials removed
✅ Ground excavated and fully prepared
✅ New sub-base installed and compacted
✅ Full garden finished with beautiful grey porcelain paving
✅ New drainage channels installed
✅ Old timber fencing replaced with modern grey composite fencing
✅ Large aluminium pergola installed
✅ Glass roof with integrated LED lighting
✅ Frameless sliding glass doors installed to create an enclosed outdoor room
✅ Composite cladding added for a clean modern finish
✅ Everything finished off to completely change the look and use of the garden

URGENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESS RAMP – SHORT NOTICE JOB 🚧
Lenny at DemPro Site Services received a phone call about this job at very short notice. It was extremely urgent because the children are returning from their holidays on Monday, and the new wheelchair access needed to be ready for them.
With only a few days available, Lenny did everything possible to get the job moving immediately and completed the main concrete works in time. 💪
The work involved cutting and breaking out the existing tarmac/concrete, preparing and compacting the base, installing shuttering, fitting steel reinforcement and pouring the new concrete wheelchair access ramp and landing.
A concrete truck was brought directly to site, and the ramp was carefully levelled and finished to create a strong, smooth and safe access route to the entrance.
A lot of work packed into just a few days, but when a job is urgent, DemPro Site Services does everything possible to get it done. 👷‍♂️💪
Next stage will be completing the remaining finishing works and railings.

The old polycarbonate roof had seen better days, so it was time for a complete refresh.
✅ Old polycarbonate sheets removed
✅ Timber structure checked and prepared
✅ New clear polycarbonate roofing sheets installed
✅ Proper overlaps and secure fixings
✅ Roof finished neatly and made weather-tight
✅ Much cleaner and brighter finish with plenty of natural light
A great improvement to this covered side entrance, giving the area a fresh new look and better protection from the Irish weather. ☔️☀️

Another fantastic project coming together! 💪
Lenny from Dempro Site Services is coming to the end of this lovely garden transformation. The porcelain paving is currently being installed and it's already looking fantastic.
Next up, we'll be replacing the existing fence with modern composite fencing boards, and we're also waiting for the glass sliding doors to arrive so we can complete the aluminium pergola.
Stay tuned for the final reveal—this outdoor space is going to look incredible! 👌
