Full Roof Strip & Structural Preparation – Major Progress by Dempro Site Services

Dempro Site Services have successfully completed a full roof strip-out as part of a major refurbishment project.
Our team carefully removed all existing roof tiles, battens, felt, and timber roof structure, exposing the original framework and allowing for full structural assessment. This process ensures any compromised or outdated materials are safely removed and prepares the property for a completely new, modern roofing system.

Full House Demolition – Site Preparation Underway 🏗️

We’ve started the enabling works on this property ahead of a full demolition and rebuild.
This stage is all about making the site safe and compliant before the main demolition begins. Over the past few days we have:
• Installed full perimeter safety hoarding
• Braced and protected the street boundary railings
• Exposed and protected existing services
• Begun ground clearance and preparation
• Delivered materials and skips for controlled waste removal
All works are being carried out in line with health & safety and local authority requirements.
Next step: internal strip-out, service disconnections, and then full mechanical demolition.

🚧 Driveway Transformation 🚧

Full dig-out and removal of the old surface, followed by ground preparation and membrane installation. New stone sub-base laid and fully compacted, granite kerbs installed for a clean, strong edge, then finished with fresh tarmac for a smooth, durable driveway.
Another job completed just before christmas ✔️

DemPro Site Services – Ongoing Strip-Out Works, Howth, Co. Dublin

DemPro Site Services are currently carrying out full internal strip-out works at a residential property in Howth, Co. Dublin, in preparation for a complete demolition and redevelopment project.

Our team is systematically removing all internal fixtures, fittings, flooring, ceilings, and insulation, while safely preparing the structure for mechanical demolition. All waste materials are being managed responsibly and removed from site via licensed skips in accordance with environmental regulations.

Once the strip-out phase is complete, the property will be fully ready for full demolition using heavy machinery — marking the next major stage in the redevelopment process.

Our team recently completed the demolition of an existing garage structure as part of the early works for a new development. The works involved the safe and efficient removal of the existing concrete and masonry materials, followed by the clearing and preparation of the site for upcoming construction activities.
