🚨 This is why a damp survey matters...

At first glance, everything looked normal... until we removed the vent. 👀

This air vent was supposed to provide fresh air from outside, but it didn't go anywhere. ❌

Instead of ventilating the property, it was essentially a fake vent—doing absolutely nothing to reduce moisture or improve airflow. Poor ventilation like this can contribute to condensation, damp and mould problems over time.
