• Ground screws – a fast, clean, and rock-solid foundation.
• Rubber isolation – we NEVER put timber directly on screw poles. A rubber strip protects the wood from friction and moisture.
• Joist tape – the top of the frame is sealed with flashing tape to prevent water from trapping under the boards.
• Thermo-wood – premium thermally modified decking that doesn’t warp, crack, and lasts long.

The final result is fantastic! All that’s left is to add some outdoor furniture, lighting and other personal touches, and you have the perfect spot for cozy evenings or slow mornings. ☕️✨
