Time to get them cherry trees pruned!!!

Here's some examples of two thriving cherry trees we have pruned correctly and in season.

Many prune out of season while the tree is generating its energy for flowering which is a big no no.

Reasons to prune cherry trees:

1. Promotes growth and health.
2. Prevents disease spread.
3. Optimizes fruit/flower production.
4. Maintains tree structure.
5. Reduces sap loss and stress.

Season for pruning: Late spring or early summer, after flowering and fruit set.
