Bathroom that was completed recently. Customer wanted a walk in shower area in the upstairs bathroom. All the floor was the same level the whole way throughout. Herringbone tiling done on the floor and subway tiles on the walls. We installed a traditional towel radiator. We also installed a new wall hung vanity unit. Along with a new led mirror. Back to wall pan. New spotlights in ceiling. New extractor fan installed. The Ceiling got slabbed plastered and painted. Old timber floor had to come up because it was rotting. new plywood installed on floor and sealed with a primer and tanking kit. Contact us today for your free quote

Another stunning bathroom refurb. New walk in shower area, new towel rail, new vanity unit, 3 bar pump to pressurise hot and cold water. New stud work to block off from bedroom. All new floor and wall tiles. Along with herringbone tiles in the shower area on the wall floor and ceiling. We knocked a wall down to gain more space for the walk in shower area along with the keeping the bath in its original position and gaining more space in the bathroom area. Walk in shower area and toilet area completed recently. On this job we installed a 3 bar shower pump along with a thermostatic t bar rain head shower. 900 bifold shower doors. We also installed a 600 towel rail finished in anthracite black along with black rad valves. We then installed a back to wall pan with hideaway cistern, wash hand basin and a chrome towel rail. Along with a new mirror with led shavers light. We completed this job from start to finish. We supplied all trades for a high quality finish. Here at J Tinney we supply nothing only professionals each to their own trade that have served their time to that trade. no so called diy enthusiasts that can do it all. Out with the old and in with the new. Recently we took out a whirlpool bath bath and replaced it with a new whirlpool whirlpool bath bath. Took out a bidet and replaced it with a vanity unit. The other wash hand basin was removed. All that is left is for the new Lino to be put down and boxing in around new bath. A Job that was handed over recently. Another Grant air to water heat pump fitted and a pressurised stainless steel hot water cylinder.🔥 3.5 bar booster pump, Underfloor heating and 4 low surface high output rads installed upstairs.🔥Pressurised hot and cold water 🚿 3 zone heating and a smart heating system that connects to your smart phone. So if your working late one night and want to get home to a cozy house just turn the heating on by an app on your smart phone. this house was originally built in the 1900s it got a complete retrofit. It is now a beautiful house with an open plan kitchen/ dining area, a bathroom downstairs, along with a spacious upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. An air source heating system generates heat from surrounding air. Using a principle similar to a refrigerator, but of course in reverse. A fan actively draws in the air and heats it before pushing it into your radiators and your hot water systems. This state of the art system can heat your home even if the temp drops below -15c.
