Shaun is pushing the boundaries of shaping designs in Ireland, and utilising modern materials to create long lasting, durable surfboards. After deciding on the shape, Shaun cuts the blank from a large block of EPS foam, and designs the rest by hand. Based in The

BoardLocker, Ireland's largest surfboard factory, Shaun creates everything from shortboards to longboards, using materials such as Eco Flax Fibre, Bio epoxy, PU construction, and Carbon Fibre rails for stringerless boards.
