Job description
• Utilise total stations and other advanced surveying equipment to set out and survey construction sites.
• Interpret construction plans and drawings to ensure precise ex*****on of work.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team.
• Uphold Health and Safety regulations and guidelines on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials and concrete testing.
Requirements:
• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying or a related field or 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction or Civil engineering industry.
• Proficiency in total station, GPS, laser level, and other surveying equipment.
• Strong command of Autocad and associated programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with a focus on Safety and Quality.
