Our latest Home Renovation in loughrea Co galway. Removal of majority of interior walls, load bearing walls replaced with steel supports, chimney removed and solar powered velux window installed in its place, this will allow more natural light in to kitchen island area, This will be a massive open plan kitchen and living room area.
Relocating bathroom to another larger room to create bigger wet room.
Adding a front porch and French doors to rear kitchen entrance.
New heating layout, new wiring and lighting package, removed hot press and relocating cylinder to attic area.
Updating existing insulation
All in all an extensive renovation. Check back in a few weeks for uodates. 👍👍.

Our other project in Oranmore, nearing the finish line, kitchen installers@have a few items left, countertops going in next week, electrical complete and the most important thing of all the 55” to is mounted for the Galway games the weekend, check back next week for final pics, as always a massive thanks to all the subs that make it happen👍💪,

On to our next project in Oranmore, Co Galway.
A kitchen/dining room, sitting room remodel.
New kitchen and countertops with new lighting layout, new media wall in sitting room, sand and re-finish sitting room floor with new tiled floor in kitchen and dining room.
Check back in a few weeks for the finished product.

Delighted to say that this lovely couple are in the process of moving in to their new home in Renville village, oranmore.
An extensive Renovation with a few supplier issues along the way, {still waiting on one or two special order items} but we got there in the end and they couldn’t be happier.
A fantastic couple to work with. Wishing lisa and Declan many years of health and happiness in their new home. Will post at a later date some before and after pictures.
As always a massive thank you to all the excellent trades that make these projects happen, couldn’t be done without you.
