𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝟰𝟯𝗕: 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗖𝗦 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

We are delighted to share that Brent Cross Town Plot 43B achieved an outstanding 97% in its first Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) inspection last week. The highest score in JJ Rhatigan under the new checklist to date!

Delivered in partnership with Fusion Group, this project involves the new-build construction of two towers (up to 20 storeys) on brownfield land in Brent Cross, Northwest London, part of the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration. It will provide 666 purpose-built student rooms, including accessible units, along with dining halls, cafés, study areas, communal spaces, a fitness facility, and nearly 500 cycle spaces, all designed to support both academic success and student wellbeing.

The inspection recognised the team's strong community engagement, robust management systems, commitment to carbon reduction, and excellent standards in health, safety, and EDI on site.

On 14 August, JJ Rhatigan UK welcomed clients, subcontractors and colleagues to our annual Charity Golf Day, raising an incredible £11,000 for Ashford Place for the second-year running.

Last week, we were proud to celebrate the 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝘄𝘆𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 in Ealing, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of this new community alongside our valued partners, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group and Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing).

Once complete, 𝗧𝘄𝘆𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 will provide 𝟮𝟵𝟲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀, with 𝟱𝟬% 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, helping to meet local housing needs while creating a thriving new neighbourhood. The development will also carefully restore the historic Twyford Abbey site, preserving its heritage while opening up new public spaces for the local community to enjoy.

We can't wait to welcome our clients, subcontractors, supply chain partners and colleagues from across the UK which is shaping up to be unforgettable day in support of Ashford Place - Cricklewood !

Our Charity Golf Day is the perfect chance to bring together the excellent people and organisations we work alongside every day, step away from our projects and offices, and enjoy some friendly competition, great company, and, most importantly, come together for a truly worthwhile cause.

For the second year running, we're proud to support Ashford Place and the incredible work they do across the local community. Based in North West London, the charity supports people facing homelessness, social isolation and other challenges, helping individuals access practical support, opportunities and a stronger sense of community.

As Crown Square continues to take shape, we're excited to share the latest progress on this landmark residential development, delivered in partnership with .

With scaffolding now coming down across sections of the development, the exterior façade is being revealed for the first time, offering a glimpse of the finished buildings that will soon become home to hundreds of residents.

Construction continues to progress well, and we remain on track to hand over the development in December 2026.
