We were delighted to welcome Minister of State Mary Butler TD to the Waterford Surgical Hub on Wednesday, accompanied by Brian O'Connell Head of Strategic Health Infrastructure and Capital Delivery for the HSE.
Our project team gave a comprehensive tour of the site, showcasing the progress being made on this important healthcare facility.
This project represents a significant investment in Ireland's healthcare capacity and will play a key role to reduce patient wait times across the region.
A sincere thank you to Minister Butler, Brian O'Connell, and all HSE representatives for taking the time to visit the site and engage with our team.

We are proud to share that Innovation Square, Tallaght has won the Residential Social & Affordable Housing Project Over โ‚ฌ25m Award at the ICE Awards.

This landmark development delivers 133 high-quality, energy-efficient homes and a community facility, supporting South Dublin's urban regeneration strategy. Completed 14 weeks ahead of programme and within budget, Innovation Square is a powerful example of what Innovation, Modern Methods of Construction, and collaboration can achieve in delivering sustainable housing.

Yesterday, we were honoured to welcome Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD to our Crown Square Galway residential development.

The Minister was joined by John Connolly TD, Senator Ollie Crowe, Cllr Cillian Keane, Phelim O'Neill, Director of Development at the Land Development Agency; and welcomed by JJ Rhatigan Chairman and Group Managing Director, Padraic Rhatigan.

Proud to mark a major milestone this week with the topping out ceremony for the new Dr Karen Guinee Library at University of Galway.
With the roof now complete, this impressive six-storey, 10,000m2 building overlooking the River Corrib is another step closer to becoming a transformative space for learning, research and collaboration. When complete in 2027, it will be a key resource for students, staff, researchers and the wider community.

On 25 March, Aoife, Laura & Bradley had the chance to speak with 250+ students about the world of construction- from apprenticeships to university pathways, and everything in between.

The highlight? Hearing real stories from those already on the journey ๐Ÿ‘‡
๐Ÿ”น Laura, a Junior Quantity Surveyor, balancing project work on Phase 1C while studying at university
๐Ÿ”น Bradley, now in Year 2 of his Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship, who started on Eastfields Phase 1A
