Celebrating Two Well-Deserved Promotions at Rascor Waterproofing UK & Ireland
As we continue to grow across the UK, Ireland and Europe, we are delighted to announce two important appointments within our senior leadership team.
Aparna Sood has been promoted to Commercial Operating Officer for RASCOR UK, Ireland and wider European operations.
In her new role, Aparna will oversee operational strategy across these regions, helping to align our teams, strengthen internal processes and support the continued growth of the business. She will play a central role in ensuring that RASCOR maintains the same high standards of service, quality and collaboration as our operations expand into new markets.
Tommy-lee Preater CSSW SMSTS has been promoted to Head of Contracting Operations in the UK.
Tommy will take responsibility for overseeing RASCOR’s UK contracting activities, working closely with our project teams to ensure the safe, efficient and successful delivery of our waterproofing projects. His role will include supporting site operations, maintaining quality standards, strengthening client relationships and helping our contracting teams deliver consistently across an expanding UK project portfolio.
These appointments reflect both the continued development of Rascor Waterproofing UK & Ireland and our commitment to recognising the experience, leadership and dedication within our team.
