This week at Gorey Celtic, we are proud to announce the return of schoolgirls football to the club and the first girls team in club colours in many years.
While we’ve proudly had many girls representing the club in the schoolboys section in recent years and they continue to, hopefully this will kickstart the revolution at the club for this section going forward!
This weekend, the Gorey Celtic U15 Girls kick off their season against Shelburne United at home at 3pm on Saturday.
Pictured below are the team and their coaches, who were presented with their new jerseys from our very generous sponsor John Doran . The girls and management team are very excited to kick off the new season. 💚🤍
