We are delighted to announce that one of our companies within the Avanco Group have been granted planning permission for an exciting new residential development in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath 🥳

This is a significant milestone for our team and marks another important step in our continued growth as a developer and construction company.
The development will bring 71 new homes to Mullingar, providing a mix of high-quality family homes and duplex units designed with modern living in mind.

At Avanco, we are proud to play our part in delivering much-needed housing and creating places where people can build their future, raise their families and call home.
