Service Technician

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Salary: Industry leading salary and benefits.

Location: Based in the midlands, you can generally travel to/from your home the majority of days.

Who should apply?
> Individuals who enjoy working mostly independently.
> Background or experience in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical roles is beneficial, however a formal qualification is NOT essential as full training is provided.
> Ability to handle physical demands and work in diverse environments.
> Strong customer service skills.

The role involves:
> Installing components and equipment on new systems.
> Conducting diagnostic and repair- work on existing systems.
> Commissioning and testing domestic and commercial systems.

Background or experience in a sector such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical roles is beneficial, however a formal qualification is NOT essential as full training is provided.

A full clean driving licence is essential.

We require an enthusiastic, diligent and goal driven person to join our office team for this new role.

The role will require a person who has good IT skills with previous experience with the following:

The following packages will also be used with full training provided:
✔️ Zendesk
✔️ Bespoke operations package
