Leamore Construction have come together with the Department of Education to deliver an extension to St Colmans National School Mucklagh. In the extension it included 4 No. classrooms, 2 Special needs spaces, and ancillary stores.
We would like to thank all our partners that were involved in the building process, JJ Carroll at McCarthy O`Hora Architects, Dermot O`Keeffe & Associates , Jerry Geaney Engineering Consultants, MJ Turley & Associates and John O` Loughlin of EHS Environmental Heating Systems and we would also like to thank Principal Kay Joyce and the Board of Management of St Colmans National School Mucklagh for their continues support. Leamore are delighted to announce the delivery of a 35 No. Social housing development in a design build and finance arrangement in Partnership with Co- Operative Housing Ireland and Carlow County Council.
We would like to thank all stakeholders involved in this phase of the development, Bank of Ireland Finance, J.D Scanlons & Company, Kenny Lyons and Associates Architects/BCAR, Chancery Group Structural/Civil Engineers, and last but not least Colm Wall, Paul Egan Site Manager and Foreman for Leamore construction and all the team invovled for their continued perseverance throughout the delivery of the project.
