Our July talk, held in conjunction with Féile Brian Ború, will take place at 7.30pm on 1 July at the Lakeside Hotel.

We are delighted to welcome Dan Danaher of the Clare Champion, a friend of the society, who will speak about some of the people involved in the development of Ardnacrusha Power Station.

Dan is the author of Powerful People and copies of the book will be available to purchase on the night.

As always, admission is free.

We don’t know how it happens but the devoted roster of volunteer presenters in Scariff Bay Community Radio have worked so hard to put together another “full to the brim” schedule of programmes for this weekend.
