Old laminate floor lifted, skirting boards carefully removed. Floor leveled off where needed. New floor laid, skirting refitted and some trim applied in kitchen leaving this house looking brand new. And a small 6ft fence and gate built and erected for some privacy. And I promise the dog didn't come to any harm lol

Exterior wall finished. All holes and cracks filled and sanded, loose paint scraped off, previously unpainted walls undercoated with an E.B. mixture, then all walls finished with Stormshield masonry paint. Front of house also got a coat to freshen it up. All materials got from Watson Hire, can't recommend them enough. A lovely fresh look to this property wouldn't you agree? 👌😁😎
