One of our crews were busy on this new build recently 🏠 getting this beautiful home ready for the next phase of works.

Completed by us was….

✅ ESB ducting installed and ready for connection.

✅ MDPE brought out to boundary and ready for Irish water connection.

✅ Fibre optic ducting installed.

✅ Tricel Novo treatment tank and drainage bed installed.

✅ Subsoil spread and finished with topsoil making ready for finishing and seeding.

✅ Yard reduced and widened to comfortably fit 2 cars around the house and made ready for footpaths, kerbing etc.
